Yougurt Mousse Cake

Today we made this lovely cake. It is a layered with sponge cake, light yogurt mousse and peach slices.

Apple Jalouise

A classic French style pastry. This is my sisters favourite. Fresh caramalized golden delicious apple filling wrapped in buttery and flaky puff pastry. It is a labourious process in making this pastry, but well worth the effort. I am confident that it will become on of your favourite desserts.
